Rules & conditions
- 1Participants must attach proof of birth date / age (updated Aadhaar card).
- 2Proof of residence is required.
- 3Participants take part at their own responsibility. The organisers are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss of life or lost belongings.
- 4The organising committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.
- 5The decision of the race committee and judges is final and binding.
- 6Any complaint about results must be filed with the organising committee within 30 minutes, in the prescribed format, with a ₹500 complaint fee.
- 7Entries coming through schools / colleges must carry the Principal's signature.
- 8The last date for entries is Friday, 13 November 2026 (11 AM – 6 PM).
- 9All races (Groups 1 to 11) start at New Viva College, Virar (West).
- 10Winners in every group must carry a xerox of their updated Aadhaar card at the venue.
